2️⃣ Item Assessment & Grading
After booking in your goods, we carry out a full inspection based on the original email and return details. Each item is then categorised into one of the following:
- 🟢 Grade A – Ready to Resell
Item is in working condition with no refurbishment needed. It’s good to go. - 🟡 Grade B – Requires Refurbishment

The product needs repair or refurbishment before resale. We’ll handle it. - 🔴 Grade C – Unsellable
Item cannot be resold, but we can strip it for parts or recycling to help recover some value.
You’ll be able to view all grading decisions — including photos and notes — through your live stock report on our system.

Once each item is graded, our in-house team gets to work.
- Grade A items are set aside, cleaned if needed, and prepared for immediate resale.
- Grade B items go through our expert refurbishment process — whether it's electrical testing, cosmetic repair, or full functional restoration, we ensure the product is resale-r
